Nai Nai sauce is small-batch made with much love, following my mom’s original recipe. My mom’s name is Naiyana. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand and emigrated to the US in the mid 1970s. She is a mom of three and a very proud grandma of five. Almost a decade ago, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which will eventually erase all of her memories.
